Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (US)

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at Nicole@hipbillystudio.com or Jen@hipbillystudio.com  within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
